We Can Make a Difference
CPO focuses its funding on mentor-ship, events, education, along with social and behavioral restructuring to unlock the potential within those who are at risk in inner-city Chicago.
Our History
Our journey began in 2011, with the formation of our support group, The Chicago Peace Tournament, a series of basketball tournaments placing young men unlikely to be in the same room together, on the same team. One by one, bonds begin to form and the positive attributes they learn on the court filters out into their streets.
Our Mission
In an effort to expand this concept beyond the basketball court, The Chicago Peace Organization has further aided in creating outlets and opportunities for our youth to refocus their sights on positive actions and reactions.
